We want you to love every GogoYarn kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

🌿 Our Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items received
  • Unopened kits in original condition

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or partially used kits
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at service@gogoyarn.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at service@gogoyarn.com or reach us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly.
